Flavia De Souza is the Founder and Principal of Oceania Legal, a national commercial and corporate law practice headquartered in Sydney. In 2008, Flavia became the first Brazilian-qualified lawyer admitted to practise law in Australia and going on to establish her own private practice. With over 20 years' experience gathered from blue chip multinationals, government, private practice and senior consultancy roles, she advises founders, executives, SMEs and organisations across Australia and internationally on commercial contracts, corporate transactions, governance, procurement, technology and privacy, and dispute resolution. She also acts as Fractional In-House General Counsel for growing businesses requiring senior legal support on a flexible basis. Flavia's experience spans major organisations, government-related entities and high-growth technology businesses. She is known for combining technical legal expertise with clear, commercially grounded advice. She is fluent in Portuguese and provides legal services in both English and Portuguese.
