Howard Chait, Meerkin & Apel

Howard Chait has a substantial practice in commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring law. He has been practicing in these areas over a period of some thirty years in national and medium sized firms. He is currently a partner in Meerkin & Apel Lawyers in Melbourne, a medium sized legal firm which specializes in commercial, banking, insolvency, litigation, property, employment and family law. He is a member of the LIV and is a Professional Member of ARITA.
