Tara is a Senior Associate in Environment and Planning Law at MinterEllison. With over six years’ specialist environment and planning experience, delivering cradle to grave legal advice to government and private sector clients. I do front end and back-end work across the entire breadth of planning and environmental issues for multifaceted projects across NSW and the ACT. 

I am regarded as a specialist in matters relating to mining law, contamination, waste, pollution control, water licencing and native title agreements. I am sought out for my unique litigation experience, in proceedings in the NSW Land and Environment Court (Class 1, Class 3, Class 4 and Class 5), NSW Local Court (criminal proceedings for offences against environmental laws), NSW and ACT Supreme Courts (s88K, judicial review). I regularly deal with regulators such as the Environment Protection Authority, NRAR and the NSW Resources Regulator.
