That mix of sector and jurisdictional experience means that regardless the issue that may arise on a deal, Greg will probably have seen something similar.
Greg has worked on and led many high-profile transactions. Most recently, Lunit’s acquisition of Volpara Health Technologies was shortlisted by ILFR in the Asia-Pacific Awards 2025 for M&A Deal of the Year.
Greg commenced his career in New York and more recently worked in London for six years. Prior to joining Mills Oakley, Greg worked at Norton Rose Fulbright and Baker McKenzie.
