Andrew is a senior member of the firm’s Workplace Health and Safety and Employment team. Reflecting his significant experience in workplace matters, he is recognised as one of Queensland’s most prominent practitioners in the employment and industrial relations field.
Andrew regularly provides specialist advice and representation to clients about workplace health and safety compliance, and is for many clients the ‘go to’ lawyer when responding to workplace incidents, including for prosecutions and coronial matters.
His broader employment relations experience includes employment terminations, contract drafting, restraints of trade, harassment and discrimination issues.
Andrew has worked with clients across many industrial including rail, retail, mining, petroleum and gas, bus and coach, agribusiness, construction, education, health and State Government.
