Having worked exclusively in the area of Family Law, I adopt a frank, practical and ‘solution focused’ approach to my client’s Family Law matters to facilitate a timely and cost-effective resolution without resorting to Court where possible. In circumstances where this is not possible, I understand the importance of being both a diligent and compassionate advocate for my clients in the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
Experience
I have experience representing clients in complex financial matters involving significant matrimonial assets, intricate company and trust structures, self-managed superannuation funds and disputes involving Binding Financial Agreements. I have also represented clients in complex parenting matters involving mental health issues, allegations of substance abuse, family violence and children with special needs.
In addition to advising my clients, I have undertaken pro-bono work at Jewish Care to provide assistance to vulnerable members of the community experiencing family breakdown.
I am fluent in Russian, both spoken and written.
