Kerin joined elringtons in 2011 as a law student. After being admitted in 2012, he commenced as a Solicitor in our Wills and Estates Division. He is dedicated to providing clients with expert advice on complex wills and testamentary trusts, enduring powers of attorney and administration of estates. Having established himself as a respected and energetic member of the elringstons senior management team, Kerin became a Director of the firm in 2017 and now leads the Wills and Estates Division. He is committed to ensuring elringtons remains a trusted and reliable legal services provider in the region.
Kerin regularly acts for both claimants and executors on estate litigation matters in multiple jurisdictions across Australia including NSW, ACT and Victoria. He has successfully run some of the firm’s largest estate litigation cases.
Kerin prides himself on providing clients with direct, strategic and pragmatic advice. He has become experienced in providing advice on aged care agreements, inter family transfers, residential and commercial property transactions, franchise and licence agreements and business and corporate structuring.
