Renae graduated with a Bachelor of Laws with 1st class honours from Griffith University and is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Qld.
Renae has extensive experience in commercial law, having worked for a large, busy Gold Coast law firm for over ten years. Renae’s background includes residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, business sales and acquisitions, pub and hotel transactions and management rights. Renae has experience negotiating, drafting and settling transaction documents including commercial property and business contracts, joint venture agreements, share sale agreements and shareholder and unitholder deeds.
Renae joined Ramsden Lawyers as an Associate in 2017 and practices in the Commercial and Corporate Law department.
