Elias is a commercial litigation lawyer with over 15 years of experience.
Elias has been accredited by the Law Society of NSW as an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation Law.
Elias is passionate about working with businesses to resolve disputes in an efficient and cost-effective manner, ensuring that any impact on the day to day running of your business is minimised.
He acts for small to medium businesses operating in varied industries and assists them to resolve disputes with contractors, suppliers, lenders and other organisations they deal with on a day to day basis. Elias has acted in commercial disputes in all jurisdictions including the Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court, Administrative Appeals Tribunal, and Federal Court.
Elias has a Masters of Law in Commercial Litigation and has also completed a Commerce degree majoring in Accounting.
Elias is actively involved in the work of the Law Society of NSW and is currently the Deputy Chair of the Law Society’s Litigation Law & Practice Committee.
