Emma commenced with the firm in 2002 and was appointed as a Director of Rankin Ellison Lawyers in 2015. Emma has worked for insurers across a diverse range of practice areas including employment law, public liability, recoveries, dual insurance and insurance litigation. She has worked in many jurisdictions including the District Court of New South Wales, Supreme Court of New South Wales and the District Court of Western Australia. Throughout the course of Emma's career she has been involved in various forms of dispute resolution to obtain optimal results for her clients.
Emma’s extensive experience, working particularly for employers and insurers has allowed her to gain a detailed understanding of her clients' needs, regulatory obligations and financial drivers.
