Paul specialises in insurance claims resolution with an emphasis on professional indemnity, financial lines, public risk insurance and ISR.

Paul is an insurance litigation specialist with over 25 years experience advising on all types of insurance across all lines. He has extensive litigation experience defending claims and bringing recovery actions on behalf of insurers.

Paul works on property, public risk insurance, professional indemnity, management liability, fidelity and office bearers insurance claims. He has expertise in claims relating to catastrophic fires, fraud and arson. Paul has advised on claims involving NSW Government and all sectors of the economy. He regularly advises on policy wordings and coverage disputes.

He has appeared in all jurisdictions including the CTTT, FOS, Local, District, Supreme and Federal Courts, the Court of Appeal and High Court of Australia.

Paul is a Member of the Australian Insurance Law Association, Australian Professional Indemnity Group, The Association for Women In Insurance, Property and Liability Discussion Group and the Engineering Discussion Group.
