Rigby Cooke Lawyers has announced the appointments of a new Litigation Partner Howard Chait and Special Counsel Radhika Kanhai specializing in the area of insolvency.
Chait has been practising as an expert in the areas of insolvency, corporate reconstructions, banking litigation and commercial litigation since 1988. He has extensive experience in providing litigation and insolvency advice to liquidators, administrators, receivers and financial institutions.

Joining Chait, is Special Counsel Radhika Kanhai who will also specialise in the area of insolvency.
