Anna has over 25 years of commercial dispute resolution experience, 10 years as mediator of over 1,000 disputes in all Victorian jurisdictions.
Anna became an accredited specialist with the Law Institute of Victoria in Mediation in 2016, having been nationally accredited (NMAS) since 2013.
Prior to becoming a mediator, Anna worked as a commercial litigator representing parties in all manner of commercial disputes including property, shareholders, franchising, employment, intellectual property, consumer, defamation, sale of business and trade practices.
Anna is keenly aware of how protracted litigation can impact parties both financially and emotionally, expending energy and resources that could be better spent moving on with their lives and businesses.
Anna strives to ensure parties have control over the outcome, often resulting in creative and commercial settlements that are otherwise unable to be achieved via the legal system.
