Michael Gilbert, McInnes Wilson Lawyers

Michael is a corporate and commercial lawyer with a range of expertise in mergers and acquisitions,  agribusiness, corporate governance and commercial matters. He is an experienced commercial lawyer, working with small and medium sized enterprises across a range of commercial matters. 

Michael's focus areas are: 

• Sale and purchases of farming land and operations (including property sales and acquisitions);
• Mergers and acquisitions;
• Commerical Property acquisitions; and
• Advising on corporate governance including shareholder agreements, corporate structure advice and board decision making. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Queensland University of Technology;
• Bachelor of Business (Marketing), Queensland University of Technology; and
• Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
