Vanessa is a passionate and experienced insurance and government lawyer, with more than 15 years’ experience in defendant CTP insurance. She specialises in alternative dispute resolution, litigation and investigations for Compulsory Third Party insurers and Commonwealth government clients. She approaches litigation from a commercial perspective, without losing sight of the effect a motor accident or disability can have on an person.
Vanessa has advanced dispute resolution skills, having successfully negotiated compromised resolutions in many matters before they reached a substantive hearing. Â

Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Practical Legal Training. She is also an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury.Â
