For almost a decade, Jacqueline has acted for clients diagnosed with all types of dust diseases including mesothelioma, lung cancer, COPD, emphysema, asbestosis, pleural plaques, silicosis and progressive massive fibrosis, as well as those living with autoimmune and connective tissue diseases including rheumatoid arthritis and lupus.
Jacqueline has extensive experience pursuing dust diseases claims across all Australian jurisdictions, with particular expertise in New South Wales, Queensland and Commonwealth compensation schemes.
