Ana Jaglic is a respected leader in NSW personal injury litigation and a founding Principal Solicitor of Advantage Legal, a multi-award-winning personal injury compensation law firm based in the Sydney CBD. A NSW Law Society Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law, Ana has built a formidable reputation for taking on (and winning) complex personal injury claims on behalf of injured clients across New South Wales.
With more than two decades of industry experience, Ana began her legal career as a paralegal before progressing through senior roles at national plaintiff law firms, ASX-listed insurance companies, and NSW government tribunals. This breadth of experience, having worked across every side of a compensation claim equips Ana with an exceptional strategic understanding of how insurers, regulators, and the courts approach personal injury matters in NSW.
Ana's practice covers the full spectrum of compensation law, with particular expertise in motor vehicle accident claims across New South Wales for Compulsory Third Party (CTP) scheme, workers compensation claims and public liability. Ana also works with clients across Australia with Total and Permanent Disability (TPD), superannuation, and income protection claims.
As a former Claims Assessment and Resolution Service (CARS) Assessor and Dispute Resolution Service (DRS) Decision Maker, Ana brings unique insight into the inner workings of the NSW CTP scheme. Her practice is built on three principles: empathy, efficiency, and empowerment. Clients consistently describe Ana as patient, professional, and unwavering in her advocacy.
Ana also contributes to the broader legal profession as a Costs Assessor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales (2023–present). She is a member of the Women Lawyers Association of NSW and aside from English speaks Serbian and Croatian, allowing her to support a culturally diverse client base throughout NSW and Australia.
