Jason is a pragmatic tenacious individual with a focus on consumer law and commercial litigation, acting predominantly for automotive manufacturers, property groups, and commercial clients.
Jason has developed a strong practice in Australian Consumer Law, with particular expertise in advising automotive manufacturers and dealers in disputes involving alleged major failures, product defects, and warranty claims.
Jason regularly represent clients in tribunal and Court proceedings and has successfully defended a number of claims seeking vehicle “buy backs” and significant damages, including securing the withdrawal of claims against manufacturers in multi-party proceedings.

Jason has been recognised for his commercially focused approach and his ability to resolve disputes efficiently while minimising reputational and financial risk for his clients.
In addition to his legal practice, Jason has delivered presentations to dealership networks on consumer law compliance and risk management.
Jason currently holds a Master of Laws where he graduated with a double major in Commercial Litigation and Mediation.
