Michele is a lawyer, mediator and educator with more than 10 years of experience in wills and estates. Michele is Special Counsel, Qualified Collaborative Practitioner & Nationally Accredited Mediator at Vitality Law Australia and an educator with the College of Law as an Adjunct Lecturer and Practice Area Leader for Wills & Estates and Estate Planning postgraduate programs.
Michele is a self-confessed succession nerd, has a Masters of Laws (Applied Law), majoring in Wills & Estates and is undertaking her PhD in law at QUT, focusing her research on elder abuse and family provision in succession law.
Michele is well known among her peers for her blog on all things succession and elder law at www.micheledavis.au, for establishing the very successful Australian Succession & Elder Lawyers LinkedIn & Facebook Groups and co-hosting The Heir Waves podcast with well-respected barrister, Caite Brewer, for the legal community.
