Misha has an extensive practice principally in injury-related claims, having worked as a litigation solicitor in personal injury for 5 years prior to being called to the Bar in 2011.
He has a particular interest in workplace injury litigation for NSW Police Officers hurt on duty and is well-experienced in alternative dispute resolution measures.
Misha appears in all courts in New South Wales and has a busy regional practice, travelling regularly to appear on circuit throughout the State.
Misha is recognised as a Recommended Junior Counsel in New South Wales Insurance & Personal Injury Law (Doyle’s Guide 2024).
