On 16 November 2023, I marked 25 years practicing as a Wills & Estates lawyer.
Since my admission as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Qld in 1998, I have practised exclusively in Wills and Estates. I commenced legal practice at one of Australia’s leading law firms and the largest law firm in Queensland, McCullough Robertson, where I gained experience in estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation.
In 2004, I relocated to Sydney to join one of Australia’s largest Trustee Companies, Perpetual Ltd, as legal counsel and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW. I went on to head the NSW Division of a start-up estate planning practice of Australia’s largest bank, eCommLegal at CBA, later establishing my own law firm (Radomyski Legal) and heading estate planning at a boutique wealth advisory group (Omniwealth Legal). I've also worked with NSWTG and in 2024 as Senior Estate Planning Lawyer at Equity Trustees.
As an estate planner, I advise individuals, couples and families regarding the effective transfer of their wealth and legal interests on their death, balancing client concerns of asset protection and tax effectiveness for their beneficiaries. I work closely with financial advisers and accountants to assist clients to organise their affairs. In recognising that all families are unique, with sometimes complex family and financial structures, I am passionate about taking the time to understand each family’s objectives, formulate effective succession planning strategies and then provide tailored legal documentation.
I pride myself on my professionalism, sensitivity and authenticity when dealing with confidential and sensitive matters and am passionate about building trust-based relationships with my clients and referrers.
