Kimi is a Principal Lawyer in Maurice Blackburn’s Class Action Division and an Executive Director of Maurice Blackburn Board of Directors. Since 2008, Kimi has worked as a specialist class action litigator taking a stand against all manner of corporate misconduct.
Kimi is presently acting in some of the nation’s largest and most complex class actions, including the Holden Transmission Class Action (consumer law class action), the Google AdTech Class Action (competition law class action), the Apple App Store Class Action (competition law class action), the Google Play Store Class Action (competition law class action) and the Foreign Exchange Cartel Class Action (competition law class action).
Kimi previously played pivotal roles in each of the Kilmore and Murrindindi Bushfire Class Actions (mass tort negligence class actions) which delivered in excess of $700 million combined to survivors of the Black Saturday bushfires and in the legal challenge which stopped the Commonwealth Government from putting a nuclear waste dump on Aboriginal Land at Muckaty Station in the Northern Territory.
Kimi brings her class action litigation experience and specialist financial, accounting and data analysis skills to bear in her role as a specialist class action litigator and as an Executive Director of Maurice Blackburn. In addition to holding an Honours degree in Law and an Arts degree (University of Melbourne 2006), Kimi holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School (Dean’s List, 2016) and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD 2025).
