Alastair has worked on a number of high profile cases in the Magistrates’, County and Supreme Courts as well as appearing in the Court of Criminal Appeal. In addition, Alastair appears at the Federal Court of Australia in relation to family law and bankruptcy matters. Alastair has conducted a number of trials and represented clients in Victoria and interstate and has appeared in Western Australia, New South Wales, Queensland, A.C.T. and South Australia. He enjoys a reputation as a hard working lawyer who is known for his commitment and dedication. He is admitted to practice as a legal practitioner in Victoria, New South Wales, Western Australia, South Australia and New Zealand, as well as the High Court of Australia. He maintains memberships with the Law Institute of Victoria, Liberty Victoria and is a founding member of the Victorian Defence Lawyers Association.
