Jacqui is Head of the HW Global - US Practice and is co-lead of the Venture Capital Practice.
Jacqui specialises in mergers and acquisitions and venture capital with a particular focus on cross border transactions. Jacqui is the head of Hall & Wilcox's US Pactice.
In addition, Jacqui regularly assists clients with corporate structuring, corporate governance and risk management. Jacqui is a Fellow of the Australian Governance Institute
Jacqui also has extensive expertise in intellectual property identification, protection and commercialisation.

Jacqui is a Fellow of the Australian Governance Institute, a member of the Australian Corporate Lawyers Association, the Licensing Executive Society of Australia and New Zealand and the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand.
