Kate Smith is an experienced senior property lawyers with over ten years of experience.
Kate acts for a broad range of clients at all stages of their property transaction. From commercial, rural, and residential conveyancing related property law matters, acting for vendors in large off-the-plan developments to advising retirees regarding retirement village agreements.
Kate works with self-managed super fund clients assisting them with complex stamp duty assessments. She also has extensive experience working with retirees to realise the equity in their properties to help fund their retirement.
As a Special Counsel Kate manages matters from beginning to end and as the senior property lawyer and provides support and guidance for our conveyancing team when senior input is required.
Kate’s qualifications include Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours.
